Do you provide Kosher Meals?
Our Morocco Jewish tours do provide delicious kosher meals including half-board and supplies for making sandwiches for lunch. The good news is that major Moroccan cities like Casablanca, Marrakech, and Fes are home to many Jewish social centres and kosher restaurants where we can take you for an unforgettable gastronomic kosher experience.
What type of Morocco tours do you offer?
Morocco Jewish Tours offers private and bespoke trips for travelers from all around the world. These tours are highly personalized and cater to our traveler’s personal wishes. We also offer flexibility in our trips, which means our guests can choose travel dates and the travel style they wish to enjoy.
Our team is there to make sure that you have a memorable experience when traveling with us. We can take you on guided tours with a driver when needed, but can also offer independent exploration for our dear guests who wish to discover some of Morocco’s best destinations on their own.
What about transportation in Morocco?
Our guests can enjoy comfortable rides in a 5-seater van which is similar to Mercedes Vito and Hyundai H1. The van is spacious and there is more than enough space for your luggage. If the group has more than 5 people, we can arrange a larger vehicle for you.
Do your drivers communicate well in English?
Of course! All of our drivers here at Morocco Jewish Tours are fluent in English and are easy to communicate with. Looking for a French or Spanish-speaking driver? No problem! Feel free to contact us and we will get you a driver who speaks Spanish or French fluently.
What is the booking procedure here?
The procedure here is quite simple. To initiate your reservation, you’ll need to deposit $1000 per person which is non-refundable. After we have received the deposit, our team will start to make ground arrangements for the tour and reserve hotels, organize transportation, etc…
After you have completed the reservation, we will send you a document that contains information regarding the hotel and the covered expenses for verification. Keep in mind that total payment is due 3 months (90 days) before arrival. Once the payment has been made from your side, we will send you a packet that contains vouchers and all the necessary travel information.
Which payment options can you offer?
We offer many different payment options. If you wish to use your credit card for payment, our team will send you a secure link through which you can complete the payment with your credit card. To process our credit card, we use the PayPal Company. For using this type of payment, our guests are not required to have an active PayPal account.
There is also the option for payment via a Bank Draft or CHECK in US Funds proceeded to Morocco Jewish. Tours Travelers that you can email to our finance department at our company’s address which will be provided. We accept bank and E-checks in US$.
Do I need a visa to enter Morocco?
It all depends on the country that you are from. The good news is that most foreign citizens visiting Morocco don’t need a visa to enter the country. If you have a European, Canadian, American or Australian/New Zealand passport, you won’t need a visa to travel to Morocco. The same applies to Singapore and Malaysia passport holders, as well as to some travelers with a Hong Kong passport. In case you have a passport from some other country, you do require a visa to visit Morocco.
For example, Israeli passport holders are required to have a visa for Morocco. To help you obtain the visa for Morocco, we will provide all the necessary details and instructions on how to get your visa.
Do I need to obtain travel insurance for my Moroccan trip?
It’s always good to have travel insurance when traveling abroad and we do think is a good idea to have travel insurance when going on our Moroccan tour. We also recommend getting a medical, interruption, and cancellation insurance which covers you in case you experience an emergency when traveling. Our team can also send you some insurance provider’s details which are recommended by many of our former customers.
